Every homeowner who contacts Gottavia Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep the network honest. Providers who keep falling short of expectations may be removed. Know the limits, though. Gottavia Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or decide things for a provider.

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Finally, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
You can answer our reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also help.
